Danielle graduated from Leeds University with a degree in Zoology. After graduating she travelled and worked on and off for 5 years across 3 continents! During her travels she worked for animal rescue charities in Australia, Tanzania and South Africa. Danielle is now settled back in the UK and looking forward to expanding her animal care knowledge. She joined us in July 2016 and has made a great contribution to the smooth running of reception.

Sue has been one of our receptionists since the practice opened in 2004. She is a bubbly people-person and as a result knows most of our pet owners and their pets by name. Sue enjoys the diversity of the job and is good at handling emotional situations. She herself has had a varied career, from being a shop window dresser, beauty consultant for Revlon to managing a wine bar! When not at work, Sue enjoys fine dining and good wine. She has two sons and currently lives with her partner Peter, youngest son Alex, cats Tommy and Mitzi and newest edition Betty the Cocker.

Mandy joined the Briar Dawn reception team in May 2017 after many years working in the local branch of Natwest where many of you will already have had the pleasure of meeting her. Outside of work Mandy is kept very busy with her two very sporty sons and husband, Garry. She loves to relax by spending time sharing cuddles with her two cats, Tilly and Mitzy.

Alice joined us in April 2017 with a background in customer care and has taken to her role here like a duck to water! She holds a diploma in Animal Management from Kirklees College and is now pursuing a career in the veterinary field, with a particular goal of becoming a Veterinary Nurse. Alice loves all animals and especially dogs. She has a Labradoodle and two mini-lop rabbits.

After being a deck officer in the Royal Fleet Auxiliary working onboard ship and travelling Sarah became a Police Community Support Officer covering the Chadderton area in 2005. She joined the reception team at Briar Dawn in April 2017 after spending a year working on Spurn Island in the North Sea.

Sarah is interested in all things holistic, arts and crafts and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and their furries.
